Monument Signs · Silicon Valley
Monument signs and building signs.
Monument signs and building signs for Silicon Valley properties: new monuments, panel and face refreshes, address numbers. 11+ years and 3,000+ projects.
A monument sign is often the first thing a customer, patient or delivery driver looks for. Manticore builds and refreshes monument signs and building signs for offices, medical groups, restaurants and retail centers across Silicon Valley.
Not every project needs a new structure. Many monuments only need new faces or panels when a tenant changes, updated address numbers, or a repaint to bring an older sign back to life. We refreshed a restaurant monument in Cupertino and built a monument sign for a medical group in Santa Clara, and both are in our portfolio.

What we make
- New monument signs
- Tenant panel replacements
- Address numbers and building ID
- Building and facade signs
- Monument refresh and repaint
For multi-tenant properties we can match existing panel sizes and colors so a new tenant panel fits in with the rest. For new monuments we mock up the design on a photo of the site, confirm materials and dimensions, and coordinate the details your property manager or landlord needs to review.
Exterior signs usually involve landlord approval and sometimes a city permit. The rules vary by jurisdiction, so send us the property address and any sign criteria you have, and we will tell you what we need from you. Fabrication and install are handled by our in house install team, and we are known for very fast turnaround times.
