Answers to common questions about our signs, installs and quotes.
What kinds of signs does Manticore make?
We design, fabricate and install commercial signs and graphics: channel and 3D letters, building and monument signs, lobby and office signs, ADA signs, window and storefront graphics, wall graphics and murals. We also handle sign installation, removal and repair.
Where do you work?
We are based in Silicon Valley and have completed projects across the region, including San Jose, Santa Clara, Cupertino and Fremont. If your project is elsewhere in the Bay Area, send us the address and we will let you know.
How fast can you turn around a sign?
We are known for very fast turnaround times. Timing depends on the sign type, materials, approvals and install access, so tell us your deadline when you request a quote and we will give you a realistic schedule.
Do you install the signs yourselves?
Yes. Our in house install team installs the signs we build, from interior lobby signs to exterior lift work. We also take install-only and removal jobs.
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form or call us. Include the address, what you need, your timeline and photos of the space or existing sign. Photos and drawings help us quote faster.
Can you help with ADA signs?
Yes. We fabricate and install tactile room IDs, restroom signs, Braille, wayfinding, exit and safety signs. Requirements vary by project and jurisdiction, so we review the specifics with you before fabrication.
Do exterior signs need a permit?
Often, yes, and most commercial properties also have landlord sign criteria. The rules vary by city and property, so share your address and any criteria you have, and we will walk through what applies.
Can you replace or refresh an existing sign?
Yes. We replace monument and tenant panels, refresh faded signs, remove old letters and graphics, and repair damaged signs.
